Pilates & Stretch

Exercises using your own body weight to strengthen and stretch the core muscle groups (abdominals, lower back, and buttocks). Pilates increases abdominal strength, improves posture, and body mechanics. This class will offer stretching routines to give your muscles the ability to lengthen and restore.
