Deep Water Workout

This class is a deep-water workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems with emphasis on the core. A buoyancy belt is worn to suspend in a neutral position freeing the hands and the legs to perform large movements against the resistance of the water.
