Aqua Jogging involves running in the deep end of the pool using the lap belt, and has many benefits as it closely mimics the actual running movement. Because aqua jogging closely mimics natural running form, it provides a neuromuscular workout that, in addition to aerobic benefits, helps keep the running specific muscles active.
