Ai Chi

This water-based total body strengthening class combines Tai-Chi and Qigong concepts with Watsu techniques. It is performed in shoulder depth, warm water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso. Ai Chi increases oxygen and caloric consumption, assists with increased range of motion, increases blood flow to joints, tendons and muscles as well as induces deep state of relaxation perfect for minimizing stress, anxiety and depression. *If you are a new participant, please arrive 15 minutes early for instruction and demo*
